We are pleased to share some thoughts on the Red Gate Farm experience.
I started summer camp at Red Gate when I was 6 years old. That year, all I wanted was to start taking riding lessons. And so when I was 7, I started lessons. Jamie is like family to me and I will never forget all the important values she has taught me. If riding has taught me one thing it’s that no matter how hard you try, you will never be perfect. Jamie always knows the right thing to say at the right time. To me the barn is the most comfortable place in the world and I would rather be there than anywhere else. Jamie will always be more than my trainer, and Red Gate Farm will always be home.

My daughter Riley did her first week of summer camp when she was 6 at Red Gate Farm….and has been hooked ever since. She has gained incredible knowledge and passion in horsemanship and riding. I have seen her progress from weekly lessons to being a full time competitive rider, and she has loved every minute! She bonds and learns from every pony and horse that Red Gate has introduced her too, and the staff at the barn have become her 2nd family. Riley has gained so much through her years at Red Gate – independence, maturity, confidence, grace under pressure and responsibility. Jamie knows when to push my daughter and when to hold her hand – she truly cares about all of the riders and horses on her team. I cannot recommend Jamie and the Red Gate team enough – they have made a true impact on my daughter’s life and our family.
